Heavy Metal Poisoning

Ask yourself these questions to see if you might be suffering from heavy metal poisoning:

  1. Do you use aluminum cookware? Aluminum foil? Drugs for pain and inflammation? Drugs for diarrhea? Baking Powder? (Yes, most baking powders contain aluminum as an additive)
  2. Do you still feel tired after what you think should be a good night’s sleep?
  3. How’s your memory? Do you seem to be “losing it”?
  4. Do you have amalgam fillings?
  5. Have you ever been vaccinated?
  6. Have you ever drunk contaminated water?
  7. Have you used cosmetics? (Cosmetics are known to contain heavy metals.)
  8. Have you worked in a factory or in an agricultural business?
  9. Do you suffer from depression, anemia, or Alzheimer’s disease?
  10. Do you eat a lot of shellfish or (farmed) fish?

These are some of the signs that you could be suffering from an accumulation of heavy metals in the soft tissues of your body. It is believed that illnesses such as Alzheimer’s, high blood pressure, liver disease, and nerve or brain damage can be caused by exposure to heavy metals such as mercury, lead, aluminum, cadmium, and nickel.
